Returns Policy

Thanks for being a Greatness fan! This happen. Don’t worry, we understand. That’s why TOUR LIFE LLC takes pride in all we do. Here’s some important details to note if you’re making an return/exchange:


  • Customer must reach out within 30 days of ordering.
  • We offer full refunds within 72 hours of the initial purchase in the event of a mistake, address change, or other dire needs. For any orders after 72 hours, we do not offer full refunds. We will exchange items if needed and approved by management.
  • Any refunds approved by management outside of the 72 hour window from initial order will be subject to partial refund only, less any processing and/or shipping fees.
  • For orders that have already shipped and approved refund outside of the 72 hour window, any and all refunds will be submitted upon receiving the merchandise and inspection of all items.
  • We do not and will not accept any returns that are washed, worn, damaged or smell in any shape or form. We will not issue any refunds for damaged items. If we receive a damaged or worn item that we can not legally resale, we will consider the order a forfeit and/or will ship the item(s) back to you only if you pay the shipping fees.
  • Digital Downloadable products such as Cameos, Wallpapers, Music Albums, and more are NOT refundable.


  • We only offer exchanges with a paid return label on our behalf for:
    • Items that are the wrong size and you want to change sizes.
    • Items that don’t match what you ordered (with verified proof).
  • All exchanges must be submitted and approved within 7 days from the day you receive the items if the item are damaged, defective or our shipping department sent you the incorrect item. We will need verification of item(s) purchased and will match it to your order.

We DO NOT offer exchanges or returns/refunds for any other reason, including orders that are not blessed or win any of our promotions, raffles, sweepstakes and/or giveaways.
